Ball Square is a through stop on the Green E Line on Boston T. Platforms are reachable without an elevator — useful if you need step-free access with a wheelchair, stroller, or luggage.
On the Green E Line, the previous stop is Magoun Square and the next is Medford/Tufts. If the elevator here is out and you can ride one more stop, check those stations or the live map before you go.
