Somerset is a through stop on the Market-Frankford Line on Philadelphia. This page shows whether elevators look usable right now, using the same Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) feed as the live map. The agency does not publish a total for this station, so we do not show one.
On the Market-Frankford Line, the previous stop is Huntingdon and the next is Kensington-Allegheny. If the elevator here is out and you can ride one more stop, check those stations or the live map before you go.
