Library/SW 9th Ave is a transfer stop on Portland MAX (Blue, Red). Platforms are reachable without an elevator — useful if you need step-free access with a wheelchair, stroller, or luggage.
On the Blue Line, the previous stop is Providence Park and the next is Pioneer Square South. If the elevator here is out and you can ride one more stop, check those stations or the live map before you go.
